Introduction
武安市永天鑄業(yè)有限公司是一家專業(yè)的鑄造廠家，公司位于武安市曹公泉工業(yè)園區(qū)東北角，交通便利。 我公司產(chǎn)品分離心鑄鐵管、鑄鐵型材和鑄鋼件三大系列。已注冊商標(biāo)“YYTT”，產(chǎn)品于2008年通過ISO9001:2000認(rèn)證。
一、離心鑄鐵管系列
該系列產(chǎn)品為離心鑄造灰口鑄鐵直管，及配套的管配件，我公司生產(chǎn)的離心鑄鐵管可完全達(dá)到ASTMA888、CISPl301、IS06594、DINl9522、KSD4307、EN877、GBl2772等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，廣泛應(yīng)用于樓房下排水工程、城市排污工程等，具有平直、壁厚均勻、組織致密、強(qiáng)度高、內(nèi)外壁光滑、無鑄造缺陷、環(huán)保耐腐蝕、安裝簡單、使用方便、密封性能好、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。
二、鑄鐵型材系列
該系列產(chǎn)品為水平連鑄鑄鐵型材，按材質(zhì)分為灰鑄鐵型材和球墨鑄鐵型材兩類。在國外，鑄鐵型材被稱為致密鐵棒，基于武安本地豐富的鐵礦資源優(yōu)勢，我公司的鑄鐵型材生產(chǎn)所用原材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)生鐵和焦炭，通過先進(jìn)的結(jié)晶工藝，使產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)均勻，可切削性能良好。 我公司可生產(chǎn)多種形狀的鑄鐵型材，Φ30mm－Φ260mm圓截面或40×40mm2～200×200mm2截面尺寸的方、矩形或其他截面形狀，產(chǎn)品具有組織致密、耐壓氣密性好、機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良、彈性系數(shù)高、加工性能好、疲勞極限度高等優(yōu)點。本產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于加工液壓件、機(jī)床配件、齒輪、油缸、法蘭盤、套筒等行業(yè)。同時，我們可提供水平連鑄成套設(shè)備和技術(shù)服務(wù)。
三、鑄鋼件
鑄鋼件廣泛應(yīng)用于鐵路機(jī)車、礦山機(jī)械、起重、建筑、電站、石油、化工、鍛壓、機(jī)床、軋鋼、傳送管道等工程設(shè)備上。 我公司主要生產(chǎn)鑄鋼耐熱見、高錳鑄鋼件等，已開發(fā)產(chǎn)品有：襯板、磨滾磨環(huán)、對滾錘頭、橋殼、鏟板、鏟齒、斗齒等。

Wu’an Yongtian Casting Co., Ltd. Is one special manufacturer on casting and located in northeast Caogongquan Industry Zone Wu’an city in Hebei province.
Our products are divided into 3 series of centrifugal cast iron pipes, continual casting iron bars and Steel castings. Registered trademark "YYTT", our products passed ISO9001: 2000 certification in 2008.
1.Centrifugal cast iron pipe: the Centrifugal Casting gray iron straight pipe are our key products, which can be fully achieved ASTMA888、CISPl301、IS06594，DINl9522、KS D4307、EN877、GBl2772 standards, are widely used in drainage works and sewage treatment works. The Products have the feathers of smooth internal and external wall surface, suitable wall thickness, homogenous straightness and compactness in metal structure, and without casting defects, environmental corrosion, can be installed convenient and have sealing performance, long life. We can product casting pipe 6,000 tons a years, which is one of the large-scale enterprises in Handan.
2.Continual casting iron bars: this series products are horizontal continuous casting of cast iron section, according to the different materials, they are divided into two section: gray iron cast iron dense bars and ductile iron dense bars. Based on the local rich iron ore resources of Wu'an city, we use the quality materials of pig iron and coke, through advanced crystallization process, the products are easy cutting.
We can produce various shapes of continual casting iron bars, Φ30mm-Φ260mm circular cross section or 40 × 40mm2 ~ 200 × 200mm2 cross-section size of the square, rectangular or other cross section, with compact structure, good pressure tightness, good mechanical properties, high elasticity, processing performance, high fatigue limit. This product is widely used in machining hydraulic parts, machine tool accessories, gear, cylinders, flanges, sleeves and other industries. we also can provide the level of continuous casting equipment and technical services.
3.Steel castings: Steel castings are widely used in railway locomotives, mining machinery, lifting, power plants, petroleum, chemical, forging, machine tools, steel rolling, transmission pipelines and other engineering equipment. Our company mainly produces steel heat-see, high manganese steel casting, etc., has developed products include: lining, mill ring roll mill, hammer on the roll, axle housing, shovel board, shovel, bucket teeth and so on.
