本公司位于杭州灣跨海大橋南岸慈溪，創(chuàng)立于1997年6月，現(xiàn)有員工220名，其中各類技術(shù)管理人員36名，占地面積12000平方米，現(xiàn)有廠房面積13000平方米，是一家專業(yè)制造鋁、鋅壓鑄件和家電發(fā)熱體的廠家,產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于：電熨斗、面包機(jī)、電蒸鍋、電熱水壺等產(chǎn)品，擁有力勁壓鑄機(jī)11臺(160T~400T)、水性油性靜電噴涂線各一套及其它專用精密加工設(shè)備。年產(chǎn)電熨斗底板量800萬片及其它壓鑄件100萬片，年生產(chǎn)電熱管500萬支。從電熱體壽命研究、模具開發(fā)、產(chǎn)品壓鑄至產(chǎn)品深加工，形成一系列配套生產(chǎn)。公司通過ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證,注重人才，堅信以人為本的企業(yè)發(fā)展宗旨，通過多年的積累已擁有一流的技術(shù)力量、生產(chǎn)設(shè)施和檢測設(shè)備、精深的生產(chǎn)工藝，不斷贏得中國慈溪家電行業(yè)，乃至國外市場客戶的信任和好評。Ningbo Junwei Electrical Appliance Co.Ltd, was established in June, 1997, on the south coast of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, in Cixi. About 220 staff serves in the company, including 36 middle and senior technicians. And it covers 12,000 square meters in all of which it’s 13,000 square meters for building area. It is a factory specializing in manufacturing aluminum, Zinc die castings and home appliances heating elements, which are used for Iron, Toaster, Electric Steamer, Electric Kettle etc. We have 11 Lijing casting machines ( 160T~400T ), each one for water & oil static coating spray finishing lines, and other professional precision processing. It produces 8,000,000 iron soleplates and 1,000,000 other dia castings, 5,000,000 heating elements each year. We have complete sets including heating element lift test, mould opening, dia-casting and deep processing.We have adopted ISO9001 Quality System, with the managemenr principle of People First.
