Technical features:
1、成型器采用卷膜防附著技術(shù)，可降低拉膜的阻力和減少卷膜的變形。
1. The bag former adopts anti-adhesion technology of roll film， which can reduce film pulling resistance and reduce deformation of the roll film.
2、橫封封刀采用水中熔切技術(shù)，讓封合時(shí)袋中液體與空氣隔絕。
2. The horizontal sealing cutter adopts the technology of melt cutting in water to isolate the liquid in the bag from the outside air during the sealing.
3、放膜部分設(shè)計(jì)有消菌池，清洗池和紫外線(xiàn)殺菌燈，三道清潔工序保證卷膜的清潔。
3. The film release part is designed with three cleaning procedures to keep the film clean， that is， sterilizing pool， washing pool and UV sterilizing lamp.
4、拉膜機(jī)構(gòu)為雙滾輪擠壓滾動(dòng)拉膜，工作時(shí)可避免拉膜造成膜跑偏。
4. The film pulling mechanism adopts double roller squeeze rolling for film pulling， which can avoid deviation of film during pulling. 且拉膜不易打滑，可保證袋長(zhǎng)準(zhǔn)確。Meanwhile， it can avoid slip during film pulling， thus can ensure the accuracy of bag length.
5、托卸袋機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙氣缸控制，在橫封封合時(shí)，模仿人的手往上托著袋子。保證袋子是熔斷而不是拉斷。
6. The holding and unloading bag mechanism adopts double cylinder control， it imitates the action of human hands to hold the bag during the sealing of transverse sealing mechanism so as to ensure the bag is broken by melting instead of snapping.
6、該包裝機(jī)集制袋、充填、封口、分切、計(jì)數(shù)諸多功能于一體。
